چکیده
To define and identify preoperative predictors of achieving Substantial Clinical Benefit (SCB), Patient Acceptable Symptomatic State (PASS), Minimal Clinically Important Difference (MCID) for the VAS Satisfaction in patients undergoing hip arthroscopy femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (FAIS). Data from consecutive who underwent primary between November 2014 January 2017 were collected analyzed. Baseline data patient-reported outcome (PRO) scores recorded at 2-years postoperatively. MCID, PASS SCB calculated to quantify clinical significance each achievement. A multivariate logistic regression analysis was used SCB, PASS, MCID. Final included 335 with an average age body mass index (BMI) 32.8(SD+-12.4) years 25.2(SD+-5.3), respectively. identified as 12.3, 80.9 89.7, Rates clinically significant improvement 97.1%, 68.1% 56.9% Larger alpha angle predictive (OR:1.076; p =0.046). Lower BMI (OR:0.955; =0.047) larger (OR:1.12; p-value=0.025) PASS. This study identifies that can outcomes after arthroscopic treatment FAIS. Specifically, 12.3 points is a important satisfaction, while absolute score above 89.7 represents upper threshold performance. Almost all (97.1%) demonstrated satisfaction. Additionally, there are modifiable non-modifiable levels post-operative satisfaction on Satisfaction.

We retrospectively evaluated outcome, complications, reoperations and global patient satisfaction 5 to 10 years after an arthroscopy of the central compartment of the hip joint in 56 consecutive patients. All patients suffered from unsolved hip pain for at least 6 months, had a positive Flexion-Adduction-Internal rotation test (FADIR-test) and a normal radiograph. The mean follow-up was 72 mont...

متن کاملHeterotopic ossification after hip arthroscopy
Heterotopic ossification (HO) after hip arthroscopy is the abnormal formation of mature lamellar bone within extra skeletal soft tissues. HO may lead to pain, impaired range of motion and possibly revision surgery. There has been a substantial amount of recent research on the pathophysiology, prophylaxis and treatment of HO associated with open and arthroscopic hip surgery. This article reviews...
